APIC Peoject/Program Health Assessment


Your request will be processed and after payment online an access code will be generated to you that will be valid for 365 calendar days from the date of issue. For a project or company with one project the fee for annual access including obtaining historical information and trends is AUD1000 per annum. For 2 projects, it is AUD1500 per annum, for 3 projects it is AUD2000 per annum. For 4 or more projects it will be AUD2500 per annum. Should you wish to pay through other means please email our office at tools@apicollege.com and we will inform you of your payment options. Please note that recorded results may be retrieved at any time even after the expiry of the assessment period free of charge. APIC respects your privacy. Your details are used only for the College to send you related information. The College will not sell or give your particulars to any other person or organisation. Please note that online access to the PH-Check software and project health assessment by you is conditional on your supplying the requested information. If you do wish to conduct this assessment online you may wish to contact our office to purchase a copy of the software and associated guidelines on a CD.
