The following slides provide a brief introduction to project health assessment methodology developed by Professor Jaafari. It applies to both projects and programs. Projects and programs are considered as emergent systems in the development of project health assessment concept and tool, i.e. considerable dynamic interactions exist between the factors that influence the project definition, design and delivery. No one individual controls the interactions but all play their roles within their zones of influence. As such, a project and or program is subject to continuous change and evolution.[ View Slides ]
